Gymnázium of dr. Aleš Hrdlička is a secondary school providing general education. Virtually all of our students continue their studies at universities.
Study programs:
- An eight year program (lower secondary, since the age of 11 + upper secondary, since the age of 15) after completing grade 5
- A four year program (upper secondary, since the age of 15) after completing grade 9 (after the end of the compulsory education)
Both programs are leading to the standard Czech secondary school final exams (maturita). The students are also being prepared for international language tests, like Cambridge: First (former FCE).
